Sister Company definition

Sister Company shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.01(i).
Sister Company means a Person which is a Subsidiary of Parent but which is not a Subsidiary of Borrower.
Sister Company has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraphs of this Agreement.
