Site Acceptance Test (SAT) definition

Site Acceptance Test (SAT) means up to one 8 hour labor day of Machinery operation to confirm functionality to the defined Quote specification for this testing of system at Buyer’s facility. Additional labor resourcing, materials or supplies required to execute the SAT will be at Buyers expense.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT) means a test to be performed by the Lessor at DALO's location, or at such location as may be pointed out by DALO in accordance with the Contract provisions, in the presence of DALO representatives, in order to demonstrate that the Aircraft and Equipment conform to all requirements and obligations of the Contract, cf. Annex O and clause 1.
