Site Acquisition Services definition

Site Acquisition Services means the site acquisition services Contractor shall furnish Owner in accordance with Exhibit B (SOW).
Site Acquisition Services means the performance by Contractor of Program Management, Project Management and the functions described in the section of Appendix A, titled “Site Acquisition Services” of a subordinate agreement for Site Acquisition Services. Site Acquisition Services do not include Services that occur beyond CASPR Milestone *****—*****.
Site Acquisition Services means the site acquisition services to be provided to SpectraSite by Ubiquitel, including, as appropriate, site location, A&E Services, site surveys, and zoning variances.

Examples of Site Acquisition Services in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise stated in this Contract, Contractor, as soon as practicable after such information is determined, shall furnish Owner with notice of the names of persons or entities from whom Contractor intends to award Subcontracts for those portions of the work pertaining to the supply of antennas and/or prime contracting of Site Construction (the "Material Subcontracts") and Site Acquisition Services for one hundred (100) or more Sites, and Contractor will consult with Owner concerning such selection.

  • Based upon information obtained during the performance of RF Engineering, Site Acquisition Services and Zoning, the results of additional analysis and comments received from Owner, Contractor shall revise the Preliminary City Network Design as required to meet the Design Criteria.

  • In the course of performing Site Acquisition Services, Contractor shall, as an initial matter, identify three candidates for Normal-Area Sites, up to two candidates for Medium-Area Sites and one candidate for Wide-Area Sites (as those sites are defined in Exhibit C) (provided that Contractor may use only one candidate Site when it meets Owner's requirements from the outset) within each Search Ring identified in the Preliminary City Network Design.

  • When all required Site Acquisition Services, Zoning and Regulatory Compliance have been completed, Contractor shall revise the Revised City Network Design to reflect the result of such services.

  • For each Search Ring, Contractor will perform the Site Acquisition Services reasonably required to either (i) select a viable Primary Site and complete the Work required for such Site or (ii) disqualify such Search Ring as a viable area for selection of a viable Primary Site.

  • In the event Contractor desires to replace a Material Subcontractor or a subcontractor providing Site Acquisition Services for one hundred (100) or more Sites, Contractor shall provide Owner with reasonable prior written notice thereof and will consult with Owner concerning the selected replacement.

  • In the event that a withdrawn Site is a BTS Site, Horizon shall pay BTS Company for Site Acquisition Services in connection with such Site as set forth in Schedule "C" attached hereto.

  • For all Site Acquisition Services rendered for the redesigned search ring, in the event that the Site in the redesigned Search Ring is not a BTS Site, Horizon shall pay BTS Company an additional [***] of the milestone installments due for all milestone installments to be performed and [***] of all milestone installments to be performed for the first time and [***] of the reimbursable costs which are incurred.

  • BTS Company shall promptly disclose to Horizon all written work product generated in the course of performing Site Acquisition Services and all facts respecting such work product (the "Work Product").

  • In the event that such Site was a BTS Site, Horizon shall pay BTS Company for such Site Acquisition Services as set forth on Schedule "C".
