Site Demolition definition

Site Demolition as used in this Section, shall mean the removal of all structures above grade and the removal of all foundations, footings, basements or other obstruction encountered on the Hotel Site, but shall not include compacting any fill nor filling any excavations to restore the Hotel Site to its prior grade if not required for Developer's construction of the Hotel.
