Site Description means the information included under the heading “Site Description” in Exhibit B.

Site Description. Surfer’s Beach is one of San Mateo County’s most popular beaches, drawing visitors from across the region to visit the beach, surf in the ocean, or walk and bike the Coastal Trail.
