Site Equipment definition

Site Equipment means the integrated system for the generation of electricity from solar energy using photovoltaic panels and associated equipment to be installed at the Building up to, but not including, the Delivery Points, including the Meter, as described in overview form in Exhibit B, and as will be described more specifically in the Final Design.
Site Equipment means the physical assets (with the exception of the property, shelters, containers or other types of equipment), located in a given Infrastructure Item, which are utilized for the use, operation, exploration or management of the Infrastructure Item in question.
Site Equipment means the cables, antennae, equipment and other personal property, including the property listed on Schedule 6.2, of Sprint or its applicable Affiliate at an Existing Site.

  • The inventory shall include GIS coordinates, License Site ID #, type of pole used for installation, location of Equipment on the pole, pole Owner, and designation/type of installation for each Wireless Site Equipment installation within the ROW.

Site Equipment means antennas and any associated utility or equipment box, and transmitters, receivers, radios, amplifiers, ancillary fiber-optic cables and wiring, and ancillary equipment for the transmission and reception of radio communication signals for voice and other data transmission, including the means and devices used to attach Site Equipment to City Poles, peripherals, and wiring, cabling, power feeds, and any approved signage attached or connected to the City Poles, together with ground based, pad mounted equipment cabinets and/or pedestals needed for the operation of the Site Equipment if such equipment is permitted by the RZC and RMC.
Site Equipment means all equipment listed and described in Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference.
Site Equipment means any "receive only" communications equipment, including satellite dishes, base stations, antenna(s), poles, dishes or masts, cabling or wiring and accessories used therewith approved by Licensor for installation, operation and maintenance on the Antenna Site, and, as of the date of this Agreement, specifically includes those items on Exhibit B attached hereto. Licensor and Licensee agree that capitalized terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the meaning there given. Licensor and Licensee shall act in good faith in the performance of their respective obligations under this Agreement and, unless otherwise expressly provided, shall not unreasonably withhold, and shall act as promptly as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances in granting or denying, any consent or approval required hereunder.
