Site Examination definition

Site Examination. Contractor has examined the Project site and certifies that it accepts all measurements, specifications, and conditions affecting the Project to be performed at the site. Contractor warrants that it has made all Project site examination(s) that it deems necessary as to the condition of the Project site, its accessibility for materials, workers and utilities, and Contractor’s ability to protect existing surface and subsurface improvements.

  • Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Medical examination means an in-person or virtual examination of a member’s physical or mental health, or both, by a physician or physicians selected or approved by the board; or, at the discretion of the board, a medical record review of the member’s physical or mental health, or both, by a physician selected or approved by the board.

  • Practical examination means a demonstration through application of the safety rules and principles in industrial radiography including use of all procedures and equipment to be used by radiographic personnel.

  • Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.

  • Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
