Site Inspections definition

Site Inspections means any attendance at the Strata Scheme by a person authorised by the Owners Corporation for the purpose of:
Site Inspections. The Peace Corps has the right to monitor CMS’s compliance with FISMA and OMB M-06-16 requirements for data exchanged under this Agreement, and to audit compliance with this Agreement, if necessary, during the lifetime of this Agreement, or any extension of this Agreement. CMS will provide the Peace Corps with any reports and/or documentation relating to such inspections at the other Party's request. The Peace Corps may request an on-site inspection in addition to requesting reports and/or documentation.
Site Inspections has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.3.

Examples of Site Inspections in a sentence

  • Developer shall be solely responsible for any and all costs associated with its Project due diligence or Site Inspections of the Property, unless this Agreement specifically allocates such responsibility to the Commission.

  • Developer shall bear the cost of all Site Inspections, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement.

  • The government will not consider experience with preparation of CERCLA documents such as Site Inspections and Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies (RI/FS) and Remedial Design (RD).

  • Site Inspections provide a direct means to trigger and enforce the specified environmental protection and pollution control measures.

  • For the period from the Effective Date through the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, as the same may be extended pursuant to this Agreement, Developer and employees, agents and contractors, shall have the right to inspect, test, study and investigate (which includes the Site Inspections) the Property and review the Property Documents in a manner Developer deems necessary to determine whether the Property is suitable for Developer in Developer's sole and absolute discretion.

  • As part of the Scope of Services the CONSULTANT shall provide to the VILLAGE the following Deliverables: • Site Inspections • Construction Administration • Monthly progress status summaries including summary of inspections, meeting minutes and field notes Unless otherwise stated, the CONSULTANT will provide draft and site plans, and other materials prepared for the PROJECT in both paper and electronic formats as appropriate, excluding material that is available only as photocopy to the VILLAGE.

  • Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based

  • Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.
