Site License Application definition

Site License Application means an application by Licensee to use a Licensed Site in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
Site License Application means the same as that term is defined in Section 6.2 (Site License Application).
Site License Application is defined in Section 6.2 (Site License Application), and when completed and accepted by the City, becomes the Site License.

Examples of Site License Application in a sentence

  • Licensee has submitted a Site License Application pursuant to the Agreement, and Licensor has reviewed the application and grants approval subject to the terms of this Site License Agreement.

  • At the time of approving the Site License Application, Licensor will advise Licensee whether Licensor is willing to perform Licensor Work identified in the Site License Application.

  • Subject to Section 4.4 below, before installing any new or additional Wireless Installation onto any Structure or utilizing any Infrastructure, Licensee shall apply for a Site License Agreement from Licensor using a Site License Application in the form attached as Exhibit 2.

  • Licensee will identify in the Site License Application any Licensor Work it believes needs to be performed in connection with Licensee’s use of the Structure and/or Infrastructure.

  • In the event of rejection on Technical Grounds of a Site License Application, Licensor shall provide a written explanation to Licensee of the basis for the rejection.

  • In the event that Licensor approves Licensee’s Site License Application, then the Parties shall promptly proceed in good faith to sign and deliver a Site License Agreement for the Wireless Installation in the form attached as Exhibit 3 fully consistent with Licensor’s approval of the Site License Application.

  • Licensor may, on Technical Grounds, deny all or part of a Site License Application, or limit the number and/or technical characteristics (e.g., weight or size) of any Wireless Installation on any Structure or Infrastructure.

  • Licensee must obtain separate leases, licenses, or other agreements from the City to install its Equipment on such City-owned Vertical Infrastructure, Utility Infrastructure, or other City Property within any proposed License Area prior to or concurrent with submitting a Site License Application for any proposed License Area under this Master License.

  • Licensee shall tender the first Annual Fee payment for each Site License, without any deduction or setoff for any reason, at the time Licensee delivers the Site License Application, partially executed by Licensee, to the City.

  • In the event that the City terminates a Site License pursuant to Section 22.1 (City’s Rights Upon a Casualty Event), the City will prioritize Licensee’s Site License Application for a substantially similar Site License for a different proposed License Area as a replacement for the terminated Site License.

Related to Site License Application

  • Biologics License Application or “BLA” means an application requesting permission from the FDA to introduce, or deliver for introduction, a biological product into interstate commerce, or any similar application or submission for marketing authorization of a product filed with a Regulatory Authority to obtain Regulatory Approval for such product in a country or group of countries.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Drug Approval Application means an application for Regulatory Approval required before commercial sale of a Product as a pharmaceutical product in a regulatory jurisdiction.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • New Drug Application means a new drug application in the United States for authorization to market a product, as defined in the applicable laws and regulations and submitted to the FDA.

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration and any successor agency thereto.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods.   • ANDA means Abbreviated New Drug Application.

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety and/or pharmacological effect of a Product in subjects or that would otherwise satisfy requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.
