On Parent Conference Days, the District agrees not to schedule a District Directed Site Meeting (See Section 12.9.1).
On Adjusted Student Instructional Days, the staff development time between the end of the Adjusted Student Instructional Day and the end of the Regular Student Instructional Day shall not count as a District-Directed Site Meeting as defined in Section 12.9.1. The following meetings have been assumed: • Kickoff Meeting and Site Visit • 30 Percent Design Review Meeting • 60 Percent Design Review Meeting • 90 Percent Design Review Meeting • WSDOT Application Permit Meeting • WSDOT Site Meeting Kick off meeting, design review meetings, and preapplication meeting are assumed to be in person.
Where there is genuine doubt or disagreement about whether a particular matter falls within (a) or (b) above, this issue may be referred to a Stage 2 Site Meeting for resolution (see further NAECI 14.6(a)).
