Site Preparation Work definition

Site Preparation Work means any work undertaken by OpenNet to permit Co-location;
Site Preparation Work. Defined in Section 5.1. State: The State of North Carolina.
Site Preparation Work means work on the leased premises to include clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, classified fill and back fill, a crushed aggregate base course and utility extensions.

More Definitions of Site Preparation Work

Site Preparation Work means the following actions with respect to the Project Premises or the Temporary Casino Site, as the case may be: (a) demolition and removal of structures; (b) demolition and removal of surface paving and sidewalks; (c) removal of underground and overhead utility facilities, and capping of any remaining lines as appropriate (including without limitation the removal or capping of all sanitary sewer, storm and drainage facilities); (d) removal of non-soil material, rubble and debris resulting from the foregoing demolition activities and legal disposal at landfills authorized by the State to accept such materials; (e) removal and abatement, to the extent required by controlling applicable law, of all toxic or hazardous substances, materials or wastes, including contaminated soil, if any disclosed by any environmental assessment; and (f) grading of the Project Premises to be level with the adjacent property line grades and proper compaction of all soils, including backfill.
Site Preparation Work means any work undertaken by NetLink Trust to permit the provision of Services related to co-location under Schedules 12, 12A, 12B and 12C, or to permit the provision of relevant Services under Schedule 20;
Site Preparation Work is defined in Section 6.4.1. “State” means the State of Texas.
Site Preparation Work means (i) demolition, clearing, grading, removal of the parking lot improvements, the two single family residences located in Heritage Park, the museum plaza, the depot building and Pullman rail car and Museum Street in and on Tracts A and E; (ii) demolition, clearing, and grading of the brick screening enclosure and mechanical equipment located on the east parking lot of City Hall; (iii) demolition, clearing and removal of electrical transformers on Tract A, and (iv) the removal of all pavement located in or on Tracts A, B, C and E, all currently located on the Land and any other work necessary for and consistent with the Project to prepare the Land for the Company's and City’s construction of their respective Development improvements. Any necessary environmental abatement or remediation is specifically excluded from this definition.
Site Preparation Work means all site work undertaken by the Company permitted by any State approved Sediment and Erosion Control Plan for the site, as well as roadwork and wetlands mitigation associated with such works needed at the project site.
Site Preparation Work means environmental remediation, servicing, grading and any other site work that may reasonably be required, and includes the implementation of measures to manage impacted soils and ground water, and risk assessment, risk management and physical treatment methods and, for clarity, as defined in the MOU.
