For purposes of this subparagraph, “Monthly Cost” means the minimum dollar amount which, if paid by the Executive on a monthly basis in advance, results in the Executive not being required to recognize any federal income tax on receipt of the benefit coverage during the Six Month Period.
Following the Six Month Delay, (1) to the extent applicable, the Employee shall receive a lump sum cash payment equal to the Severance Pay or CIC Severance Pay, as applicable, he otherwise would have received during the Six Month Period (absent the Six Month Delay) less the Separation Pay Amount and (2) the Employee shall receive the remainder of his Severance Pay or CIC Severance Pay, as applicable, in the manner prescribed by subsection 7(a) or subsection 7(e), as applicable.

If such a Transfer is not so consummated within the Six Month Period (or if a Transfer is so consummated, then upon the expiration of the term of any Transfer of such Contemplated Transfer Space consummated within such Six Month Period), Tenant shall again be required to submit a new Intention to Transfer Notice to Landlord with respect any contemplated Transfer, as provided above in this Section 14.4.
