Skilled Trades definition

Skilled Trades for the purpose of this agreement shall mean those classifications identified in the respective local terms, as referenced in Appendix B.
Skilled Trades as used in this agreement shall mean any person: a) who presently hold a “Skilled Trades” classification in a classification group or occupation as listed in the list of “Skilled Trade Job Titles”, or
Skilled Trades classification in a classification group or occupation as listed in the list of “Skilled Trade Job Titles”, or

  • The Company agrees to deduct Canadian Skilled Trades Council dues as may be adopted by the Canadian Skilled Trades Council.

  • The Company agrees to arrange with a Tool Supplier for the purchase of tools required in the performance of a trade for each Skilled Trades employee.

  • Employees in Skilled Trades job classifications assigned to evening or night shifts shall receive a shift differential of at least $2.00 per hour.

  • The provisions of this Agreement apply to employees in the skilled trades, except as specifically modified by the Skilled Trades Section.

  • CAMI management shall meet semi-annually to review with the Skilled Trades committeeperson projected work loads regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of existing or new equipment and facilities.
