Sleeping accommodation definition

Sleeping accommodation means rooms within the house in which a bed or other furniture for sleeping are provided. Living accommodation means rooms in the house which are used for everyday living activities, such as living rooms, dining rooms, studies, games rooms & sports rooms. Where a room has a dual function in that it is used as a bedroom and living room, it should be classed as sleeping accommodation. Living accommodation excludes bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, uninhabitable rooms, hallways, landings, stairwells, passages and cupboards.
Sleeping accommodation means the provision of sleeping quarters where the linen service or housekeeping service are provided by management or by the guests under the direct supervision of management. Sleeping accommodation does not include a place of residency subject to the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act of 1977, Title 70, chapter 24, MCA.
Sleeping accommodation. Sleeping accommodation" means the total occupants in any residence, including those occupying a dwelling unit, a residential unit or a suite.
