SLFD Processing means Express Enrollment, LLC d/b/a SLFD Processing, and all of its merged or acquired predecessors, successors, divisions, subsidiaries, and parents. The term “SLFD Processing” also includes all present directors, officers, employees, and other agents of Express Enrollment, LLC and SLFD Processing.
