For purposes of clause (i) above, if trading in the Common Stock is not reported by The Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the applicable bid price referred to in said clause shall be the lowest bid price as reported on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
In addition, the Company shall use its reasonable best efforts, upon the reasonable request of the Holder, to cause the Warrant to be listed or quoted on a national securities exchange, the National Market System or the Small Cap Market.
