  • As set forth in Section II.D below, City of Rye, at its sole cost and expense, is furnishing to Lessing’s, on a “where-is,” “as-is” basis, an inventory of Servicewares and Small Expendable Equipment as listed and described on Schedule C.

  • Tooling means tooling inventory, including but not limited to dies, molds, tooling, casting patterns, gauges, jigs, racks and stands for engines, cowls, radome and wheels, aircraft jacks, test benches, test equipment, lathes, welders, grinders, presses, punches and hoists and other similar items (whether or not completed or fixed or handheld).

The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.
