Small institution definition

Small institution means an institution with Tier 1 capital less than EUR 1.5 billion.
Small institution means a U.S. tax-exempt investor with less than $1 billion in assets.

  • Custodial Institution means any Entity that holds, as a substantial portion of its business, financial assets for the account of others.
