Small Nonprofit Organization means any organization that does not distribute any part of its income or profit to its members, directors, or officers, employs no more than 100 paid individuals at the involved chapter, office, or department, and was recognized as a nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
