Small Order Fee definition

Small Order Fee means the fee payable by Client to the Partner in accordance with Section 6.5 in order to compensate the difference between the Minimum Order Value and the Goods Price of a particular Order.

  • Bolt is authorized to collect the Goods Price, the Courier Fee and (where applicable) the Small Order Fee from the Client on behalf of the Partner and the Courier respectively and distribute the sums accordingly to the respective principal.
