Small Works Rates definition

Small Works Rates means, for the first Contract Year, the labour rate of £ per hour per operative for work done by the Responsive and Cyclical Maintenance Contractor and £ per hour per operative for work done by the Heating Services Contractor together with the rates for materials as set out in Clause 52.3.1 (B) and thereafter as agreed and/or determined in accordance with Clause
Small Works Rates shall bear the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 7A (Change Procedure);
Small Works Rates has the meaning given to it in Clause 29.3(b) (Small Works);

  • PPP Co. shall ensure that such proposed Small Works Rates shall provide value for money to the Authority with reference to those rates prevailing for comparable works and services in the Irish market, and in any event, any percentage increase in the proposed Small Works Rates shall not exceed the construction price index published by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, applicable at the date of the proposed Small Works Rates are submitted to the Authority for its approval.
