Small Works Roster definition

Small Works Roster means a contract in which the School District selects a contractor or vender from an annually advertised and updated roster process, which can lead to a reduction of administrative time and expenses.
Small Works Roster. (SWR) shall mean the list of contractors maintained pursuant to the City of Tacoma’s Small Works Roster Program, as described in this chapter.
Small Works Roster means a roster of qualified contractors maintained for use in a modified formal bid process. When the contract amount for a Public Works project is below the formal public bid threshold, the City may follow the Small Works Roster process for construction of a Public Work or improvement as an alternative to formal competitive bid requirements.

Examples of Small Works Roster in a sentence

  • For Small Works Roster projects under $150,000; payment and performance bonds may be waived and the sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the monies earned by the Contractor will be retained from payments made by the City to the Contractor.
