Examples of Smartsheet Properties in a sentence

  • As between the parties, all right, title, and interest in and to Smartsheet Properties is owned by Smartsheet notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement.

  • Confidential Information includes Smartsheet Properties with regard to Smartsheet and Customer Content with regard to Customer.

  • You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access to the Smartsheet Properties or Service of which you become aware.

  • With regard to Smartsheet, Confidential Information includes Smartsheet Properties.

  • The Smartsheet Properties are provided at no charge as part of the Program.

  • Interim Employees shall receive none of the benefits pro- vided in this Agreement, and shall be paid in accordance with Schedule C of Appendix "A".
