SME Partner definition

SME Partner means the Applicant selected by SME Corp. Malaysia whose proposed Fund will be awarded the SME Corp. Commitment and who may be a new or existing entity formed by one or more practitioners in the capital market industry to finance viable SMEs either in the form of equity, debt or a hybrid of debt and equity.

  • The Participating SME Partners shall appoint a SME Committee composed of one representative of each SME Partner.
