the seal means the common seal of the Company.
Vapor-mounted seal means a primary seal mounted so there is an annular vapor space underneath the seal. The annular vapor space is bounded by the bottom of the primary seal, the tank wall, the liquid surface and the floating roof.
Common Seal means the Common Seal of the Council;
Liquid-mounted seal means a primary seal mounted in continuous contact with the liquid between the tank wall and the floating roof around the circumference of the tank.
Securities Seal means a seal for use for sealing certificates for shares or other securities issued by the Company which is a facsimile of the Seal of the Company with the addition on its face of the words “Securities Seal”;
Floor seam sealer means any product designed and labeled exclusively for bonding, fusing, or sealing (coating) seams between adjoining rolls of installed flexible sheet flooring.
Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.
Electronic seal means data in electronic form, which is attached to or logically associated with other data in electronic form to ensure the latter’s origin and integrity;
User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.
Official Seal means the original(s) of the VA seal showing the exact form, content, and colors thereof.

Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze means a product designed to seal out moisture, increase gloss, or otherwise enhance a motor vehicle’s painted surfaces. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” includes, but is not limited to, products designed for use in autobody repair shops and “drive-through” car washes, as well as products designed for the general public. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” does not include “Automotive Rubbing or Polishing Compounds”, automotive wash and wax products, surfactant-containing car wash products, and products designed for use on unpainted surfaces such as bare metal, chrome, glass, or plastic.
Hermetically sealed container means a container designed and intended to be secure against the entry of microorganisms and, in the case of low acid canned foods, to maintain the commercial sterility of its content after processing.
Competitive Sealed Bidding means the competitive process described within an Invitation for Bids, wherein the City invites Offerors to submit bids to supply the City with the Goods and/or Service describes in the Solicitation document, where the City will award the resulting contract to the responsible Offeror submitting the low responsive bid.
Bow means a device for propelling an arrow from a string drawn, held, and released by hand where the force used to hold the string in the drawn position is provided by the archer’s muscles.
Mounting adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to permanently mount photographs, artwork, and any other drawn or printed media to a backing (paper, board, cloth, etc.) without causing discoloration to the artwork.
Tablet means a solid preparation containing a single serving of THC or other cannabinoid that is intended to be swallowed whole, and that is not formulated to be chewable, dispersible, effervescent, orally disintegrating, used as a suspension, or consumed in a manner other than swallowed whole, and that does not contain any added natural or artificial flavor or sweetener.
Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.
Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.
Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Low-solids coating means a coating containing 0.12 kilogram or less of solids per liter (one pound or less of solids per gallon) of coating material.
