Smoking Lounge means a business establishment that is dedicated to the smoking of tobacco, including but not limited to establishments commonly known as cigar lounges, hookah bars/cafes, tobacco clubs, or smoking parlors.

The Smoking Lounge Rental shall be increased by an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the then Smoking Lounge Rental on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the Term and such increased Smoking Lounge Rental shall then be the Smoking Lounge Rental for the next succeeding year of the Term.

Within two (2) weeks after completion of the Smoking Lounge, Landlord shall submit invoices for the construction Costs to Tenant.
