The Parties agree that if a Soccer Field is not occupied 10 minutes after the commencement of the hour, it will become automatically available to Village residents at no charge.
Pateadores shall not maintain, commit or permit the maintenance or commission of any nuisance on the Soccer Field as defined in Civil Code Section 3479, and Pateadores shall not use or permit the use of the Soccer Field for any unlawful purpose.
