Social Care Functions definition

Social Care Functions means the Council's health related functions specified in Regulation 6 of the Regulations in relation to the provision of, or making arrangements for the provision of, theServices, but excluding the Excluded FunctionsWorking Days” any day other than Saturday, Sunday, a publicor bank holiday in England.

  • For each Individual Service, the Partner which shall be the Lead Commissioner and shall exercise the NHS Functions in conjunction with the Social Care Functions will be identifed in the relevant Schedule of Part 2.
