Social mobilization definition

Social mobilization means the process, to make the poor of particular group or community action oriented in order to improve their own livelihoods by increasing their awareness ; to enable them to participate in decision making process in organized or collective way and to build up their skill and capacity.
Social mobilization means engagement and motivation of the public and stakeholders to implement climate solutions, through social learning, social movements, behavior change, community action, and policy change (Sheppard et al., 2015).
