Socially Educationally Backward Classes definition
Socially Educationally Backward Classes means the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of citizens other than the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes as may be defined by the State Government from time to time in the list under the Odisha State Commission for Backward Classes Act,1993.
