Soda water beverage means all beverages commonly known as soft drinks or soda
Soda water beverage means all beverages commonly known as soft drinks or soda water, whether carbonated, uncarbo- nated, sweetened, or flavored. “Soda water beverage” does not include alcohol beverages.
