SOFR Loan definition

SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR, other than pursuant to clause (c) of the definition ofBase Rate”.
SOFR Loan means any Daily Simple SOFR Loan or Term SOFR Loan.
SOFR Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR as provided in Section 3.1(a)(ii).

  • No conversion of any SOFR Loan shall be permitted except on the last day of the Interest Period in respect thereof.

  • If the Borrower fails to specify a Type of Loan in a Notice of Conversion or Notice of Continuation or if the Borrower fails to give a timely Notice of Continuation, then the applicable Loans shall be continued as the same Type of Loan, each having the same Interest Period as the Loans that are the subject of such continuation (e.g., a one-month Term SOFR Loan shall continue as a one-month Term SOFR Loan), subject to the limitations of clause (b) of the definition of the term “Interest Period”.

  • Agent, on behalf of each Lender, shall record in its records the date and amount of each Loan made by each Lender and each repayment thereof and, in the case of each SOFR Loan, the dates on which each Interest Period for such SOFR Loan shall begin and end.
