RFR Loan definition

RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.

• Each RFR Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR plus the Applicable Margin.

RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Daily Simple RFR or, after the replacement of the then-current Benchmark for any currency for all purposes hereunder or under any Loan Document with Term RFR pursuant to Section 4.4.4.1, Term RFR for such currency, as the context may require.
