Software Copy definition

Software Copy means a copy of a Software Product and the supporting End User Documentation ("User Documentation").
Software Copy means an object code copy of any of ------------- the Software, together with a copy of any user manual or other documentation customarily supplied therewith to end users by R2, including without limitation, an English language version of the user's guide and service and installation manual related to the R2 Product.
Software Copy or "Software Copies" shall mean an object code copy or copies of any of the Software products, together with a copy or copies of any user manual or other documentation customarily supplied to End-Users by Lynx with the Software Copy.

  • The Software Copies may not be modified, translated or otherwise altered by Reseller, and on each Software Copy the Reseller shall reproduce without alteration, distortion or obfuscation all proprietary, confidential, copyright or other notices of a similar nature that appear on or in the LA Software in the same form and location as they appear in the original.

  • Reseller's sole remuneration for the distribution of the LA Software shall be the difference between the Purchase Price for each Software Copy and related Maintenance Services, and Reseller's price to its customers.

  • CrossZ shall submit an invoice to Reseller upon shipment of each Software Copy ordered by Reseller and as set forth below.

  • In addition to the Software ----------------------- documentation included with the Software Copy to be distributed with each R2 Product, the user's guide for the R2 Product will be translated by R2 into Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese, and copies will be available to GEMS upon reasonable request.

  • To reject a Software Copy, Reseller shall, within the Rejection Period, notify CrossZ in writing of its rejection and request a Material Return Authorization ("MRA") number.

  • RESELLER must at a minimum license its Application with each Software Copy it distributes.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Liquid Audio grants to Merchant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use during the term of this Agreement the object code copy of the Software ("Copy") and related documentation as provided by Liquid Audio to Merchant pursuant to that certain RIFFS Merchant Affiliate and License Agreement between the parties ("RIFFS Agreement").

  • Reseller shall not modify or alter any Software Copy in any fashion.

  • CrossZ warrants only that each Software Copy, as delivered by CrossZ, will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Within ten (10) days after receipt of the MRA number, Reseller shall return to CrossZ the rejected Software Copy, freight prepaid, in its original shipping carton with the MRA number displayed on the outside of the carton.


More Definitions of Software Copy

Software Copy means an object code copy of the Software, together with a copy of any user manual or other documentation or materials which are (or, if none, ordinarily would be) customarily supplied to End Users by Developer with the Software, packaged for retail sale.
Software Copy means a copy of the Software and/or Documentation ordered or acquired by Reseller from CrossZ for distribution pursuant to this Agreement.
Software Copy or "Software Copies" shall mean an object code (machine-readable) copy or copies of the LA Software, together with a copy or copies of any accompanying Documentation relating thereto that is designated by LA for distribution to End-Users, along with all related materials required by LA for distribution of finished goods, including without limitation, duplication media, envelopes, labels, and packaging. All such copies shall be fixed on CD- ROM, diskette or other tangible media, except as expressly permitted in Section 2(b) below.
Software Copy means a copy of the SOFTWARE or a copy of a SOFTWARE Component, which is installed on the Computer and functions in accordance with the SOFTWARE documentation.
Software Copy. Software Copy shall mean a copy of the Software and/or Documentation ordered or acquired by IQO from QOS for distribution pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Software Copy

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Company Proprietary Software means all Software owned by the Company.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Owned Software means all computer, software or firmware programs, modules or libraries owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.
