Software Customizations definition

Software Customizations means all customized additions to the Licensed Software, which adds to or alters the function(s) of the Licensed Software or integrates with other software, as requested by the Licensee. This may include, but not be limited to, any scripts, interfaces, reports or program code requested by the Licensee that provide specific functionality uniquely designed for the Licensee. Separate cost structure will be worked out and agreed between AKTIVOV and the Licensee for any customizations and annual maintenance/ upkeep/ upgrade of such customizations.
Software Customizations means any and all improvements, additions, enhancements, extensions, interfaces, resources, actions, changes, or modifications made by TDCC or its Affiliates to the Software through use of the documented customization capabilities of the Developer’s Kit Software.
Software Customizations means any and all improvements, additions, enhancements, extensions, interfaces, resources, actions, changes, or modifications made by ExxonMobil or its Majority Owned Affiliates to the Software through use of the documented customization capabilities of the Developer’s Kit Software.

  • Such Support shall include the provision to Modern Round, and the integration into new versions of the Integrated Software, of all updates, enhancements, corrections, versions and releases of the VirTra Software, Customizations and Scenarios (collectively, “Updates”).

More Definitions of Software Customizations

Software Customizations means any software or software code developed under this Agreement with the specific applicability to deploy Software Modules on the StealthStation and/or to integrate Medtronic spine instruments and/or implants with the Mxxxx X System and/or Software Modules as permitted under this Agreement but expressly excluding Medtronic Background IP and/or Medtronic Development IP.
Software Customizations means any and all improvements, additions, enhancements, extensions, interfaces, resources, actions, changes, or modifications made by EMRE, EMCC or their Majority-Owned Affiliates to the Software through use of the documented customization capabilities of the Developer’s Kit Software.

Related to Software Customizations

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Supplier Software software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier) and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services, including the software specified as such in Schedule 5 (Software);

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer Content means custom code, text, images, audio, video, data, media content, features, databases, information, programs, files and other content created, generated, uploaded, stored, transmitted or otherwise used by the Customer or an End User in or through the Customer Applications or in connection with the Services.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.
