Software Engineering Services means those services that Licensee provides to Customers utilizing the Software for the purpose of creation or modification of installation programs of Customer products.

Examples of Software Engineering Services in a sentence

  • Upon completion or termination of the Software Engineering Services for a Customer (the “Expiration Date”), Licensee will cease using the applicable licenses for such Customer.

  • This Article IV sets forth the terms and conditions under which Licensee has licensed quantities of the Software for use in the delivery of Software Engineering Services to its Customers, as those terms are defined below.

  • Engineering Services means infrastructure for –

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law.   • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.
