Third Party Software definition

Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
Third Party Software refers to software programs or plug-ins developed by companies or individuals other than Grantee which are used in performance of the Project. It does not include items which are ancillary to the performance of the Project, such as internal systems of Grantee which were deployed by Grantee prior to the Contract and not procured to perform the Project.
Third Party Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for companies other than the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

Examples of Third Party Software in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise detailed in this Agreement, if an Equipment manufacturer’s or Third Party Software vendor’s delivery list price for any item of Software or Equipment is lower or higher at the date on which TES reasonably needs to acquire the same for the purposes of this Agreement than it is at the date of any applicable SOF, the part of the Fees relating to that item shall be reduced or increased, as the case may be, to reflect that decrease or increase in the manufacturer’s or vendor’s list price.

  • In no event will the annual Maintenance and Support fees for the Sunquest Software and Third Party Software listed in Attachment A be reduced during the Initial Term.

  • In the event any third party software or hardware vendor discontinues support to Sunquest for any of the Third Party Software or Hardware for any reason whatsoever, Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that Sunquest shall have no further obligation whatsoever to provide the related support to Client.

  • Sunquest is under no obligation to provide Maintenance and Support for Software or Third Party Software that has been: (i) altered or modified by Client or any third party without Sunquest’s prior written approval; (ii) used on a system that does not meet system requirements, or; (iii) specifically designated as “end of support” or similarly described (“EOS”).


More Definitions of Third Party Software

Third Party Software means (i) any and all software products and content licensed to Licensee under this Agreement as specified in Software Order Forms hereto, all as developed by companies other than SAP, SAP SE and/or any of their affiliated companies and delivered to Licensee hereunder; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through SAP Support or warranty obligations and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
Third Party Software means the third party software, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.
Third Party Software means all Software owned by third parties that is either (i) licensed, offered or provided to customers of the Company as part of or in conjunction with any Company Product or (ii) otherwise used by or licensed to the Company or any Company Subsidiary in connection with the Company Products, excluding Standard Software.
Third Party Software means standalone software applications proprietary to a third party that are provided or otherwise made available with, on or through RIM Products, Software or RIM Services, such as a RIME Store.
Third Party Software means software products owned and licensed directly by third parties to the Licensee;
Third Party Software means software that is: developed for general commercial use; available to the public; or not developed for HHSC. Third Party Software includes without limitation: commercial off-the-shelf software; operating system software; and application software, tools, and utilities.
Third Party Software software (other than the Supplier’s Software) which is specified in a Contract or supplied with the Goods.
