Software Maintenance and Support Agreement definition

Software Maintenance and Support Agreement means an agreement between SCALABLE and the Licensee, under which SCALABLE provides Maintenance and Technical Support to the Licensee, upon payment of SCALABLE’s then-effective Maintenance and Support Fee.

  • Additional Technical Services will include any services provided by Supplier for product support to the extent required to remedy any Licensed Software support or performance issues caused by or resulting from Customer’s failure to comply with Customer’s responsibilities as described in this Agreement, including, without limitation, in the Software Maintenance and Support Agreement.
