Software Maintenance Fees definition

Software Maintenance Fees means the annual fees payable by the Purchaser to the Company in return for the provision of the Software Maintenance Services during the Initial Software Maintenance Period or Renewal Software Maintenance Period (as applicable), as set out in the Order Acceptance.
Software Maintenance Fees means those amounts specified in the Sales Order.

  • The Company shall invoice the Purchaser for the first year’s Software Maintenance Fees on or at any time after the Commencement Date, and for each subsequent year’s Software Maintenance Fees, on or before or after each anniversary of the Commencement Date.

Related to Software Maintenance Fees

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
