Software Maintenance Fees definition

Software Maintenance Fees means those amounts specified in the Sales Order.
Software Maintenance Fees means the annual fees payable by Purchaser to Company in return for the provision of the Software Maintenance Services during the Initial Software Maintenance Period or Renewal Software Maintenance Period (as applicable), as set out in the Order Acceptance.
Software Maintenance Fees means those amounts specified in Licensee’s respective Purchase Agreement.

  • All License Fees, Service Fees, and Software Maintenance Fees are exclusive of media charges, shipping, handling, custom charges, and all state, local, and other taxes, or other taxes or charges (other than income or franchise taxes payable by Licensor) directly applicable to the licensing, installation, support or use of the Licensed Product.

  • The Hardware Maintenance and Software Maintenance Fees for any renewal period shall be due and payable no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of such renewal period.

  • Subject to the payment of all Software Maintenance Fees, ES&S hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive license to use that portion of such corrections, programs, information and work product that ES&S actually delivers to Customer pursuant to this Exhibit F.

  • Without limiting any rights or remedies available to it at law or in equity, upon providing you with written notice the Company may terminate this Agreement in the event of your breach of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, your failure to pay Annual Software Maintenance Fees, and in such instances when, in the Company’s sole judgment, a cure can be effected, your failure to cure such breach within ten (10) days of written notice thereof.

  • ES&S may increase the Hardware Maintenance and Software Maintenance Fees for a renewal period by not more than 5% of the amount of the most recent Fees paid by Customer.

Related to Software Maintenance Fees

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.
