Software Scripts definition

Software Scripts means the high level overlay of the Radio Element Manager (REM) software that is either run on demand or scheduled and typically collects, post processes or interprets data for operational, installation, commissioning and maintenance purposes. The Software Scripts do not include REM daemons or REM Graphical User Interface screens (GUI).

  • Licensee may not disclose any such proprietary information concerning the Authorized Equipment, the Software, Scripts, or any other information provided by Licensor to Licensee, including, but not limited to, any flow charts, logic diagrams, user manuals, data, documentation, materials, object code, source code, interfaces, architecture, work plans, designs and screens, to persons that are not employees of Licensee without the prior written consent of Licensor.

  • Data Assets, their associated Metadata and Software Scripts used to process Data Assets that are made available for anyone to use, modify, and distribute without restrictions.
