  • A CA MUST revoke a Code Signing Certificate in any of the four circumstances: (1) the Application Software Supplier requests revocation, (2) the subscriber requests revocation, (3) a third party provides information that leads the CA to believe that the certificate is compromised or is being used for Suspect Code, or (4) the CA otherwise decides that the certificate should be revoked.

  • TunTrust shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each Application Software Supplier for any and all claims, damages, and losses suffered by such Application Software Supplier related to a Certificate issued by TunTrust, regardless of the cause of action or legal theory involved.

  • Customer is solely responsible for entering into Software Licenses with the applicable Software Supplier and acknowledges that its rights and obligations with respect to such software as well as those of the Software Supplier are solely as set forth in such Software Licenses.

  • Thus, except in the case where the CA is a government entity, the CA SHALL defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each Application Software Supplier for any and all claims, damages, and losses suffered by such Application Software Supplier related to a Certificate issued by the CA, regardless of the cause of action or legal theory involved.

  • You are responsible for entering into any Software License with the Software Supplier no later than the Effective Date.

Software Supplier. Means the supplier providing the software Standard Maintenance Fees: the fees payable by the Customer for the provision of the Maintenance Services, as set out in the Particulars, as these fees are varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this agreement.   • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

  • Supplier Software software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier) and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services, including the software specified as such in Schedule 5 (Software);

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
