REAL GOODS EMPLOYEE PLAN definition
REAL GOODS EMPLOYEE PLAN means each "employee benefit plan", as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA, which (i) is subject to any provision of ERISA and (ii) is maintained, administered or contributed to by Real Goods or any affiliate (as defined in Section 3.13) and covers any director, officer or employee or former director, officer or employee of Real Goods or of any affiliate, or under which Real Goods or any affiliate has any liability.
