Sokin Card means any Card issued to you in accordance with Part 2 of this Agreement;

  • If you withdraw your consent, we will continue to collect, use, disclose and retain your Cardholder Information for as long as may be reasonably required to perform services relating to the cancellation of your Sokin Card, to protect against fraud and for legal compliance purposes, to perform and enforce this Cardholder Agreement, to protect and enforce our legal rights and for other purposes, all as required or permitted by Applicable Law.

  • This Cardholder Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between you and us with respect to the terms of use of the Sokin Card.

  • If you believe a transaction on your Sokin Card account is incorrect, you must notify us in writing either by mail or email, of your dispute within 14 days of the transaction date.

  • If there is any dispute in regard to the purchase of goods or services you made using the Sokin Card, and you agree to settle such disputes with the merchant from whom any such goods or services were purchased, please ask the merchant for any return policy that may apply to purchases made with the Sokin Card.

  • The Sokin Card: The Sokin Card is a prepaid Mastercard card that can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, including mail order, online, telephone and POS retail merchants, subject to the terms of this Cardholder Agreement.

  • Upon Cardholder Agreement cancellation, your Sokin Card will also be cancelled, and you should destroy it immediately.

  • To request access to such information, to ask questions about our privacy policies or to withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Cardholder Information and to cancel your Sokin Card and all related services from us, contact Customer Service (at 0-000-000-0000.

  • We and our service providers will collect information about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number and date of birth) when you apply for a Sokin Card and, if a Sokin Card is issued to you, we and our service providers will collect information about you and your use of the Sokin Card and related services, including information about your Sokin Card transactions (e.g. the date, amount and place of each transaction) (all collectively “Cardholder Information”).

  • We will use and rely on your Cardholder Information to issue and administer your Sokin Card and provide related services.

  • We and our service providers may use your Cardholder Information (including your telephone and mobile phone numbers and your email addresses) to contact you, including by regular and electronic mail, telephone call (including by pre-recorded or artificial voice messages and automatic telephone dialling systems) and instant messaging, regarding your Sokin Card and related matters, regardless of whether you incur any long distance or usage charges as a result.

Related to Sokin Card

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Modern Slavery has the meaning given to that term or, if “Modern Slavery” is not used, similar terms (such as forced labor), in the Modern Slavery Laws. Seller confirms that it does not use any Forced Labor, it conducts its business in compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and it is not subject to any investigation, enforcement or conviction involving Modern Slavery. Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any actual or suspected breaches by Seller or its Subcontractors of the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and Seller agrees to provide Buyer immediately upon request any information and assistance that Buyer may require for compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws.

  • hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises. "Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • GPS means Global Positioning System.

  • Poppy straw means all parts, except the seeds, of the opium poppy, after mowing.

  • Antiperspirant means any product including, but not limited to, aerosols, roll-ons, sticks, pumps, pads, creams, and squeeze-bottles, that is intended by the manufacturer to be used to reduce perspiration in the human axilla by at least 20 percent in at least 50 percent of a target population.

  • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • American Express means American Express Limited.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.
