Solar Business definition

Solar Business means the business of acquiring and/or developing and/or operating and/or disposal of photovoltaic power stations of all sizes and activities ancillary thereto (including without limitation to the generality of foregoing the provision of on-line financing services in the smarter energy sector);
Solar Business has the meaning as defined in paragraph (C) of the Preamble.
Solar Business means the business carried on by Hudson Energy Solar Corp. and its Subsidiaries of marketing, selling and/or operating solar photovoltaic generating facilities consisting of photovoltaic solar modules and all associated assets (including all associated collection systems, electrical interconnection and transmission facilities) designed to generate electrical output.
