Solar Panel Part means the exploitation rights expressed in nominal power (W) as part of the Packages in the solar power plants operating at any time in the SunMoney Community Solar Power Programme, and entitling the owner to receive Solar Royalty.

  • SunMoney shall pay the amount as consideration for the sale and purchase of the Solar Panel Part to the Buyer determined as follows: [80% x (Solar Panel Part (W) x 1,2 EUR)] – [4% x [80% x (Solar Panel Part (W) x 1,2 EUR)] x time passed since the purchase (year)].

  • SunMoney entitled to sell as much quantity of exploitation rights, as much exploitation and usage rights of the rated output of total Solar Panel Part was purchased earlier by SunMoney and taken into the SunMoney Community Solar Power Programme.

  • The Buyer shall transfer the Solar Panel Part to SunMoney and sign all documents necessary to the performance of the transfer.

  • SunMoney is entitled and obliged to ensure the utilisation of the Solar Panel Part to the Buyer for a definite period of 25 years from the payment of the Service Fee set forth in Section 2.2 of this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement.

  • SunMoney is only entitled to exercise the Call Option if the Buyer did not inform SunMoney simultaneously with the termination of the Agreement that he/she/it sold the Solar Panel Part to a third person.
