Sole and Separate definition

Sole and Separate means a married spouse is taking title to the property in their name only. MFA allows a borrower to take title in this manner only if the following apply: Spouse is under age to take title; Spouse does not have a Social Security Number; Spouse has bad credit. However, ALL household income needs to be counted toward the income eligibility.
