Solicitation Process definition

Solicitation Process means the process by which the Owner advertises for and selects the Contractor for the performance of services and the Work.
Solicitation Process has the meaning given to that term in Clause 23.1 (Permitted Debt Purchase Transactions).
Solicitation Process means the process for soliciting and selecting bids for the sale of or investment in the Business and Property.
