Solicitation Process definition

Solicitation Process means the process by which the Owner advertises for and selects the Contractor for the performance of services and the Work.
Solicitation Process has the meaning given to that term in Clause 23.1 (Permitted Debt Purchase Transactions).

  • Challenge of Solicitation Process: If a potential respondent protests any provisions of this RFP, a notice of intent to protest shall be filed with the District in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the request for proposal on the District’s website.

Solicitation Process means the review of submitted Grant Applications to ensure eligibility and appropriateness of Grant Applications submitted to achieve Grant Project goals. Grant Applications received which meet the minimum eligibility requirements will entered the Selection Process. The result of the Selection Process will be funding recommendations to the Selection Authority.
Solicitation Process means a solicitation process in respect of a Realty Development Transaction carried out pursuant to Solicitation Documents. A Solicitation Process includes any prequalification process and the subsequent solicitation submissions process, but, for greater certainty, excludes any market sounding or other engagement with potential Developers before the commencement of a Solicitation Process, including as described in Section 4.5 of the Solicitation Requirements Table.

Related to Solicitation Process

  • Solicitation means the document issued by the System Agency (including any published addenda, exhibits, and Attachments) under which the goods or Services provided under the Contract were initially requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Solicitation Response means Contractor’s full and complete response (including any Attachments and addenda) to the Solicitation, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature. A romantic relationship is often characterized by a strong emotional or sexual attachment and/or patterns of exclusivity, but does not include appropriate educator-student relationships that arise out of legitimate contexts such as familial connections or longtime acquaintance. The following acts, considered in context, may constitute prima facie evidence of the solicitation by an educator of a romantic relationship with a student:

  • Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 14.01(b)(i). The Trustee shall initially act as the Bid Solicitation Agent.

  • Solicitation Documents means the Consent Solicitation Statement dated as of March 18, 2005 and the related Consent Form, each as may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
