Solid waste contract definition
Solid waste contract means a contract with a City agency, the primary purpose of which is to provide for the handling, transport or disposal of solid waste.
Solid waste contract means that contract entered into between City and Franchisee in 2007 for Solid Waste and Yard Waste collection services, and the subsequent revisions and amendments to such contract in 2012 and 2018; such contract is titled “Solid Waste Collection and Yard Waste Collection Contract between the City of Lewiston and Sanitary Disposal, Inc.” Transfer Station means that facility owned by City located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Lewiston, Idaho Yard Waste means any Recyclable Material consisting of grass clippings, leaves, tree and shrub trimmings, garden waste, Christmas trees, and lawn or garden bark. Yard Waste shall not include grass covered surface soil or dirt otherwise known as sod, tree or shrub roots with soil or dirt, or limbs, trunks and stumps larger than six inches (6”) in diameter and/or six feet (6’) in length.
Solid waste contract means this Contract for the collection of Commercial and Institutional Solid Waste effective May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2025.
