Solid Waste Disposal Surface Impoundment definition
Solid Waste Disposal Surface Impoundment means a natural depression or manmade excavation or diked area that is designed for the disposal of solid waste containing free liquids and that is not an injection well, landfill, land application unit, or a surface impoundment as defined in section 2 of this rule.
