Sound Reproduction Device definition

Sound Reproduction Device means a device intended primarily for the production or reproduction of Sound, including, but not limited to, any musical instrument, radio receiver, television receiver, tape recorder, phonograph, loudspeakers or Sound Amplifying System;
Sound Reproduction Device means any machine or device by which the human voice, music or any other sound is amplified. Sound reproduction device shall not include warning devices on any vehicle traveling to do emergency work or used for traffic safety purposes.
Sound Reproduction Device means a gadget, mechanism, device, or acoustic or electronic (DC or AC powered) system (“device”), intended primarily for the production, or reproduction, of sound, including, but not limited to, any (i) musical instrument, (ii) radio receiver, (iii) television receiver, (iv) tape recorder, (v) phonograph, (vi) sound amplifying device, (vii) audio or Bluetooth speaker, (viii) cassette or disc player, (ix) speaker device, or (x) sound amplifier; whether or not the device is a stand-alone speaker, amplifier or system, or incorporated into, within or as a part of a larger device, such as, for example, a car stereo, laptop computer or phone.
